From a young age, Priscilla had a propensity towards helping others. In grade school, she frequently assisted in classes by helping others read and participate in learning exercises. This was when she developed a strong urge to share her knowledge and experience with others while maintaining open and clear communication.
Her skills and fluency in Spanish led her to work at the Social Service Agency for the County of Orange. She provided information about benefit program and assisted the public in obtaining medical and financial assistance in their time of need. While there, she expanded on her knowledge of government benefit programs and processes.
After leaving the Social Service Agency, she began working at a top national firm specializing in Social Security disability representation. Priscilla managed cases from the initial client interviews through the three major stages of a disability claim. Her frequent and effective communication with clients, attorney’s, representatives and administrators in the firm expanded her knowledge and made her a prominent team member.
Soon after, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. She found her calling as an Accredited Disability Representative where she assists her clients in securing independence and stability for their future.
Priscilla is determined, self-motivated and has several years of experience with Social Security disability rules and regulations making her a highly qualified advocate.
